Pistachio Cake Recipe
The cakes are our favorite desserts. Beyond traditional frosting as garnish to purely sweetened the taste (and without food value), why not add pistachios? The Pistachio cake recipe is so tasteful.
Ingredients :
- 250 g of shelled pistachio
- 150 g of caster sugar
- 60 g of potato starch
- 6 average egg whites
- Preheat the oven at 350 F.
- In a bowl, ground pistachios in powder.
- Add the potato starch and half the sugar.
- In another bowl, whip the egg whites.
- Add the remainder of sugar and continue to stir to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
- Incorporate the first mixture in the preparation while stirring gently.
- Coat a 8 inches cake pan and pour the preparation in.
- Cook for approximately 40 minutes.
